Discovery
Walk-through and scope.
Free consultation in person or by video. We measure, photograph, and discuss what you want. We follow up with a written scope and ballpark range — no obligation.

Quote
Detailed digital estimate.
Professional online quote covering scope, labor, materials, milestones, and timeline. Contract documents provided when required by your building, co-op, or condo association. License and insurance verification available on request.

Build
Demo to install.
Same crew works the project from demolition through trim. Weekly walk-throughs keep you informed. Material selections happen during the early build phase, not the day before install.

Reveal
Punch list and handoff.
Final walk-through with you. We address any punch list items, deliver care instructions, and provide warranty documentation. Workmanship is covered for 2 years; manufacturer warranties pass through to you.
